MTA opens new centre
Mainstream Theatre Arts, one of the north west's leading performing arts schools and theatre companies, has opened a new Saturday school in Wilmslow, Cheshire.
The new centre is based at Lacey Green Primary School, Barlow Road, Lacey Green, Wilmslow, Cheshire. It has a programme of StageWise performing arts classes similar to the ones offered at MTA's Denton centre offering tuition in drama, singing and dance to students of all ages and abilities in a single class.
Barry Carr, co-founder of MTA, said, 'everyone at the company is excited about the opening of this new school. We endeavour to bring opportunities to young people to enjoy and train in the performing arts wherever we can and to deliver high-quality tuition at affordable prices. This new school meets our philosophy and will provide a major new platform to our outreach programme.'
