New StageWise after-school club
Mainstream Theatre Arts has devised a brand new format of after-school club with an exciting mix of acting, dance and singing that fits perfectly into the current proposals for Extended Schools services. It provides pupils with a creative activity that is great fun to do, keeps them healthy and safe, stimulates their imaginations and allows them to achieve something positive week after week by working non-competitively as a team.
The new class is based on Mainstream's hugely-popular StageWise class that runs on Saturdays at its private academies. MTA has been running hour-long extra-curricular classes in drama, dance and musical theatre at primary schools throughout the north west for a number of years with great success and acclaim, and the new class will be available both to existing and new clients, whether or not they are currently taking part in the Extended Schools programme.
