They have been carefully selected for their technical skills, their performance experience, their teaching experience and their high level of performing arts qualifications and training, but most importantly for their affinity with children and young people.
All staff are regularly monitored to ensure they maintain safe practice and high standards and they are regularly checked with the CRB.
